The Nuragic Village
Tiscali is one of the most beautiful Nuragic villages in Sardinia, in one of the most characteristic places of the Supramonte.
The village lies inside a karst sinkhole making it hard to access. This has kept it safeguarded for thousands of years. It is composed by about fifty huts of different shapes, almost all collapsed, and built on the sides of the sinkhole against its walls. In the centre of the village there is an ancient wood full of mastic trees and holly oaks.
