The Bue Marino Caves

When nature surprises you

The Bue Marino caves are named after the Sardinian name of the Monk Seal that used to live here till a few years ago.

You can get to the caves by sea from the port of Cala Gonone, an excursion of about thirty minutes by boat. On the way you can admire the limestone cliffs that end directly in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Orosei.

The caves are particularly interesting. They are about 5 km long and are divided into two branches. You can visit them on equipped and illuminated paths for about 900 mt.
